Romanian Field Post 1945

The Romanian units (fighting since 1944 against Germany) came to Czech territory in April 1945 and stayed there until approx. June 1945 before their withdrawal back to Romania.

Example

Official field post card sent from field post office 113 (Cavalry division 9) on 21.4.1945. Around this date, the division was regrouped in the area noth of Vracov - Bzenec (north of the Morava river). Postmarked "OFICIUL POSTAL MILITAR No. 113". Censorship confirmed by the circular unit mark (at the left bottom) and by the rectangular "CENSURAT" mark.
