EXPONET IS A PLACE YOU MAY USE TO PRESENT YOUR VIRTUAL POSTAL HISTORY AND PHILATELIC COLLECTION. It is intended as a public display of GOOD, VERY GOOD AND high quality exhibits of all philatelic areas and time periods in english, french, german, spanISH or other languages... The aim of the organizers of EXPONET is to provide a permanent presentation of high quality stamp and Philatelic exhibits so as to facilitate on-line study for visitors throughout the world. We do not intend to compete with trAditional classical exhibits, but rather to enable on-line viewing to everybody, regardless of distance, and thus take part in the support and propagation of philately...

EXHIBITS PROMOTING PHILATELY:

Most of the Exponet exhibition classes copy the regular allocation of exhibits used on ordinary competitive philatelic events. They contain a lot of excellent exhibits, which are long-term work results of experienced philatelists. They also received high-level prizes. A handicap of these (mostly very specialised) exhibits could be their certain aridness and lack of readability for laic visitors. In the class of "Exhibits promoting philately" we would like to gradually present exhibits, which are not intended and also have no chance successfully take part on ordinary competitive parts of philatelic exhibitions, but could be better understandable to laic collectors and hopefully could prepossess new collectors to more systematic work and presentation of their collections. In this class we also intend to display various instructive "exhibits" oriented to help to starting exhibitors ("how do I"). Do not expect exhibits of world competitive quality and forgive the authors possible small imperfections.
